## Notes
- I’d forgotten how much work is needed on a full brew-day. Went well, six lots of hops to juggle.
- The brew, purchased as a kit from the [Malt Miller](https://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/product/st-austell-tribute-all-grain-recipe-kit/), produced in conjunction with St Austell Brewery.
- The challenge in this one will be to keep the fermentation temperature below 20°C as the air temperature warms up.

Chilling

Trying to keep the fermenter cool during the hot weather.
## Bottling
Would have liked to have left the brew in the fermenter for another week or so, but away on holiday and very hot weather locally has been forecast. This way I can keep it chilled in the keezer.
One keg carbonated with CO2, a small amount of sugar in the other two (encouraging the yeast to clean up the oxygen).
